Plan your event

Ask the questions that make the day easier.

A good venue conversation should cover more than the date. Use this guide to think through arrival, weather, suppliers, setup, guest comfort and the flow of the programme.

Before you enquire

Know the five basics.

You do not need a finished event plan. These details are enough for a useful first conversation with DNM.

Then check the date

Start the conversation with useful information.

The availability form carries these details into one structured enquiry.

Planning questions

The answers that reduce surprises.

Public sources give different numbers, so the website deliberately does not publish an unverified capacity. DNM should confirm capacity based on the layout and spaces required for your event.
DNM has an indoor dome option and substantial outdoor grounds. Ask how the weather plan works for your particular guest count and setup.
Current public information suggests external suppliers are used. Confirm approved access, setup timing, power needs, waste and collection directly with DNM.
Yes, parking is consistently listed among DNM's amenities. Large events should confirm the expected vehicle count and traffic plan.
Current venue listings report wheelchair-accessible entrance, restroom and parking. Confirm any specific accessibility needs when planning.
This can vary by event and should be confirmed in the quote. Ask specifically about grounds, dome, furniture, AV, power, cleaning, security, setup and teardown.
Setup and teardown windows are important for weddings and produced corporate events. Confirm them before contracting suppliers.
Use the date-enquiry form to start. DNM should then confirm availability, quote and booking requirements before any date is treated as secured.
Three planning lenses

Beautiful. Practical. Comfortable.

Beautiful

Décor, layout, photography, lighting, stage and the visual transformation of the grounds.

Practical

Arrival, parking, power, catering access, weather, toilets, security and teardown.

Comfortable

Shade, elderly guests, children, accessibility, seating, movement and the pace of the programme.

Ready when you are

Your event starts with a conversation.

Tell DNM your date, the occasion and roughly how many people you are bringing. The team can take it from there.
